The Stondeck is MAEMA’s patented water‑based finishing machine for natural stone, based on a controlled surface‑erosion process. It uses ultra‑high‑pressure water jets up to 2,000 bar (29,000 PSI) with a 40‑liter capacity, generating a wide range of decorative effects, from light textures to deep grooves. All components are fully hot‑dip galvanized and carefully finished to ensure long service life. The system relies on a next‑generation intensifier powering a patented multi‑nozzle rotating head, capable of removing material quickly without compromising stone integrity. Finishing results are adjustable through pressure, nozzle distance, and synchronized movement speed. Stondeck offers three patented MAEMA tools: Rotating Plate for dynamic circular textures, Comb for straight or crossed linear grooves, and Single Nozzle Tool for high‑precision detailing. It works on widths up to 2,200 mm and lengths up to 4.5–5 m (unlimited in continuous mode), and is compatible with all stone materials: granite, marble, quartzite, porphyry, limestone. The water‑only process preserves natural color, avoids burn marks, and reduces waste. The machine integrates a CNC interface with recipe memory, full line layout, tool selection, customizable parameters, and safe operation via command panel and emergency controls.
