The CNC head ensures precise and repeatable edging on any material, improving production efficiency and reducing waste. MAEMA’s bush‑hammering machines use high‑performance pneumatic tools to incise the surface and produce structured, anti‑slip or decorative finishes on natural stones and composite materials. The structures are fully hot‑dip galvanized to ensure long‑lasting durability. The technology integrates up to 21 vertical pneumatic tools, controlled through MAEMA’s CNC interface, allowing management of impact depth and density, tool pressure, feed speed and pattern uniformity. Fine anti‑slip textures, more pronounced bush‑hammered finishes and deep rustic surfaces can be achieved.
